Republic of Ireland WNT completed their 10 day training camp in Marbella today and extended their unbeaten run to 9 games with a 0-0 draw against FIFA World No 14. China PR at Estadio Nuevo Mirador in Algeciras yesterday. This was a critical window for Vera Pauw´s side in their preparation for the FIFA Women´s World Cup Finals in Australia/New Zealand in July and saw the introduction of three new caps in Aoife Mannion, Marissa Sheeva and Deborah Anne de La Harpe. The match also saw Republic of Ireland captain Katie McCabe wear the armband for the 50th time. We wish Republic of Ireland all the best in USA next month and in the final friendly matches VS Zambia and VS France in June/July.
