FIFA 2018 World Cup Finalists Panama and Costa Rica prepare to host Northern Ireland on May 29th and June 3rd.

Northern Ireland will travel to FIFA World Cup 2018 finalists Panama and Costa Rica to play two friendly A International Matches on 29th of May and 3rd of June 2018 respectively. This will be the first time Northern Ireland have played either opponent at A International level. Panama are celebrating their first ever qualification to the FIFA World Cup Finals and the match VS Michael O Neill's team will be their World Cup send off match on May 29th. The following day Northern Ireland will make the short hop from Panama City to San Jose to play Costa Rica in their send off match on June 3rd. FIFA World Cup 2018 Russia will represent Costa Rica's 5th appearance on the biggest stage and they will be looking to equal or better their outstanding quarter final journey 4 years ago at FIFA World Cup 2014 Brazil.
